I’m Kristi and I’m genuinely glad you found your way here. I've always been a woman who moved between two worlds. Raised in Los Angeles, I grew up loving the beach and listening to Teena Marie, Sunday morning worship, and the kind of beauty that came from both grit and grace. I worked in fashion, traveled often, and felt at home in airports and backstage. But when I became a wife and mother; and later, a homeschooler, I noticed something missing (well my husband did, but that's another story).

Where were the women like me?

The ones who love the Lord, love their families, and still dream of seeing Santorini at sunset or reading Baldwin in a boutique hotel in Charleston?

Where were the mothers who still wanted beauty, rhythm, and adventure woven into the ordinary days?

That question led me to create Where We Dwell; a place to write about faith, home, motherhood, and the beauty of the everyday. But the more I wrote, the more I heard from women who felt the same pull I did. Women who were building intentional lives and still had a passport with pages left to fill. Women who didn't want to travel like tourists. They wanted to travel like themselves.
